About the Role

This key position plays a vital role in ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as implementing policies and procedures to minimize risks and promote a safe working environment.

As an EHS Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and Implementing HSE Policies: Create and enforce comprehensive health, safety, and environmental procedures to safeguard employees and departments.
  • Conducting Audits and Inspections: Regularly conduct site audits to verify adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Capturing and Analyzing HSE Statistics: Assist in developing and implementing systems for collecting and analyzing health, safety, and environmental data.
  • Staying Informed: Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry best practices relevant to the field.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental management, including direct involvement in policy development and auditing.
  • Extensive knowledge of local, state, and federal HSE regulations, as well as the ability to interpret and apply these regulations effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to identify potential safety risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for preparing reports, presenting training sessions, and interacting with regulatory bodies.
  • A nationally recognized certification, such as ASP, CSP, CIH, CEP, or PE.
Clearance and Compensation

The ideal candidate must possess an active U.S Government Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility. This position offers a competitive salary range of $90,275.00 - $135,470.00 per year, along with potential bonuses and additional compensation based on performance and internal parity.
