Job Overview

AWP Safety, North America's leading traffic control specialist, is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to join our team. As a Field Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of our employees, customers, and assets.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $55-65K per year, plus a 7% bonus, and access to a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Job Responsibilities

As a Field Supervisor, your primary duties will include:

  • Supporting Area Managers and General Managers in managing teams of protectors
  • Collaborating with all Area Staff to achieve Continuous Improvement
  • Direct supervision of Field crews
  • Maintaining a balance between Field and Office responsibilities (80% Field, 20% Office)
  • Ensuring safety, quality, training, employee engagement, and retention are top priorities
  • Protecting company assets, employees, and customers through safe work practices
Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of supervisor experience, preferably with a team of 20+ individuals
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with field-level customers
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office products and customer relationship management systems
  • A valid driver's license with no suspensions or revocations
Working Conditions

This position requires frequent outdoor work, exposure to inclement weather, and occasional exposure to dust, fumes, and airborne particles. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions.
