Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect blood samples from patients of all ages using venipuncture and capillary techniques
  • Process specimens for testing and analysis, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Enter patient information into our system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Provide superior customer service to patients, responding to their needs and concerns
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and billing, as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Phlebotomy certification preferred
  • Previous experience as a Phlebotomist or in a related field
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
