  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure high-quality products.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, quality, and sales departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage payroll, approve payroll requests, and perform HR-related responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment, with a proven track record of leadership and operations management.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering or business.
  • Skills: Lean manufacturing principles, personnel scheduling, planning, and payroll, team leadership, CNC or manual machining, and engineering experience.
