Job Title: Quantitative Model Developer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and validate advanced statistical models to analyze and predict financial outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into our financial systems and processes
  • Communicate complex model results and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure our models meet the highest standards
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science) and 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Advanced knowledge of regression techniques, parametric and non-parametric algorithms, time series techniques, and other statistical models
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as SAS, Python, or R
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
