We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Enterprise Financial Crime Compliance (EFCC) organization. In this role, you'll work closely with our team of experts to design and execute change control for transaction monitoring model code and support modernization projects.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Transaction Monitoring systems are accurate and effective. This will involve conducting comprehensive code reviews, identifying areas for improvement, and providing actionable feedback to code owners.

You'll also have the opportunity to work on modernization projects, leveraging your expertise in data science and model development to support AML/BSA compliance across EFCC. Our ideal candidate will possess a strong background in model development, validation, and machine learning, as well as experience with AML/BSA tools and Generative AI.

We're looking for a self-driven, well-organized, and efficient individual who can handle multiple tasks at once. As a senior member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to mentor junior team members and colleagues, and provide thought leadership on AML best practices and regulatory expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive code reviews for AML Transaction Monitoring models
  • Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable feedback to code owners
  • Work on modernization projects, leveraging expertise in data science and model development
  • Mentor junior team members and colleagues
  • Provide thought leadership on AML best practices and regulatory expectations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, and eight or more years of relevant experience
  • MA/MS in a quantitative field, and five or more years of related experience
  • PhD in a quantitative field, and four or more years of related experience

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficient in SAS, SQL, and Python
  • Experience with AML/BSA tools
  • Strong background in model development, validation, and machine learning
  • Familiarity with Generative AI and cloud analytics platforms

Pay Range:

$116,480.00 - $150,480.00
