Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage electrical project initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with corporate engineering teams on capital project development.
  • Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for effective planning and execution of maintenance tasks.

  • Work closely with operations teams and electricians to troubleshoot electrical issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required.
  • Completion of industrial electrical and/or PLC training programs.

  • Supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to implement corrective actions swiftly.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with both unionized and salaried staff to achieve project goals.
  • Proficient in scheduling and executing maintenance tasks in coordination with production teams.
  • Knowledge of labor relations is highly valued.
  • Extensive computer proficiency, particularly in CMMS for managing work orders and inventory.
  • Familiarity with plant automation and electrical systems, including PLCs and relay logic.
  • Understanding of power distribution systems and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Experience with PLC programming and relevant software tools.
