Breakfast Attendant Job Description

As a Breakfast Attendant at Island Hospitality, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our hotel's breakfast service. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional guest satisfaction and maintain high standards of product quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and assemble the breakfast service area before mealtime, ensuring a clean and well-stocked environment.
  • Clear and sanitize tables, countertops, and floors after each meal service, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and safety.
  • Receive and direct beverage orders to the kitchen as needed, ensuring prompt and efficient service.
  • Provide information and assistance to guests and vendors, offering a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic team player with a strong desire for achievement.
  • Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate, prevent, and resolve issues as necessary.
  • Ability to work well in stressful situations, maintaining a calm and composed demeanor.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service.
