Job Title: Lot Associate

At Home Depot, we are seeking a Lot Associate to join our team. As a Lot Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store's entrance and parking lot.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with loading their vehicles
  • Maintain the entrance of the store, including monitoring and controlling the flow of customers
  • Ensure a sufficient quantity of carts are available near the entrance
  • Interact with Home Depot associates and customers, providing excellent customer service
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical ability to lift and move carts

Salary and Temporary associates will earn 1 hour of sick time for every 40 hours worked; FT associates will earn 1 hour of sick time for every 40 hours worked or 4 hours per month, whichever is greater; PT associates will earn 1 hour of sick time for every 40 hours worked or 2 hours per month, whichever is greater.

Available positions may vary depending on business need. Pay is dependent on the position offered and market location, and may vary depending on the individual's job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and availability.
