Escape Room Supervisor Job Description

**Job Summary**

We're seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Escape Room Supervisor to lead our Game Masters and ensure seamless operations. This role requires strong leadership and people-management skills, as well as the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**

* Oversee Game Masters to deliver exceptional customer experiences during each escape room game
* Supervise staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for peak times and special bookings
* Lead escape room games as needed, providing high-level customer interaction
* Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer objectives and drive repeat business
* Train, coach, and motivate Game Masters to improve performance and customer service
* Handle technical troubleshooting and room setup to ensure everything is in perfect working order
* Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure quality and consistency in service delivery
* Manage customer issues and concerns professionally, ensuring satisfaction
* Help maintain the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the facility

**Requirements**

* 1+ year of experience in team leadership or supervision, particularly in customer service or hospitality
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to provide clear feedback
* Passion for customer service and creating positive guest experiences
* Experience with low-voltage electronics, woodworking, or technical equipment is a plus
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and non-traditional hours
