Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Powertrain Specialist to join our team at Accel Talent Group.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy automotive equipment maintenance and be able to perform repairs on diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, power transmissions, brakes, drivelines, and other automotive systems.

Responsibilities include observing and listening to trucks and buses in operation to determine malfunctions, completing PMs and troubleshooting issues, reading manuals, using hand tools and power tools to perform repairs, removing and replacing parts, performing accurate service data entry, operating mobile equipment as needed, receiving and delivering technical advice, maintaining parts inventory, and ordering supplies.

This is a full-time position with an estimated salary range of $55,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include competitive pay, state-of-the-art facility, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

To be successful in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent GED, minimum 2 years of heavy automotive equipment maintenance experience, trade school or related mechanical/technical certification, and a commercial driver's license (CDL) and safe driving record.
