We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Equipment Specialist to join our team at United Talent Staffing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with maintenance, repair, and installation of various industrial equipment.

This role requires a proactive individual with strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues efficiently. Key responsibilities include:

  • Inspecting and maintaining industrial equipment, including AC motors, DC motors, blowers, pumps (submersible, split case, close-coupled), and gearboxes.
  • Performing equipment diagnostics to identify faults and recommend solutions.
  • Disassembling and reassembling equipment for repairs and maintenance.
  • Conducting routine maintenance to ensure machinery operates at peak efficiency.
  • Collaborating with other technicians and team members to address complex mechanical issues.

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $25-35 per hour, based on experience, and pay will be adjusted accordingly. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, eye insurance, IRA plan, paid time off, and paid holidays once hired full-time. Additionally, access to specialized training and development programs is available.

To be considered for this role, candidates must have proven experience as an Industrial Equipment Specialist or similar role. Strong knowledge of and familiarity with industrial equipment, including AC/DC motors, blowers, pumps, and gearboxes, is required. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics, along with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, is essential. Physical stamina to lift and move heavy equipment as needed is also required. Certifications in mechanical repair or millwright trade are a plus. Five to ten years of relevant experience in electromechanical repairs, millwright, and/or maintenance is preferred.
