Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead the day-to-day operations of our senior living community. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality care and service is provided to our residents, while also driving business growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the community, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the efficient operation of the community, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Resident Care: Ensure the highest level of quality care and service is provided to residents, including coordination of care services and management of resident complaints.
  • Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, including marketing and outreach initiatives.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and develop a team of staff members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to perform their duties effectively.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial management of the community, including budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, including maintenance of accurate records and reporting.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience in human service management, housing management, and/or nursing home management.
  • Experience: Minimum of 25 years of age and at least 5 years of experience in senior living management, with a proven track record of success in leadership and operational roles.
  • Certifications/Licenses: Certificates or education as required by State/Federal regulatory agencies, if applicable. Valid driver's license required.
