Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough research and analysis of customer design proposals, specifications, and manuals to assess the feasibility of various designs and applications.
- Engage in the estimating process for customer design proposals.
- Evaluate subcontractor proposals to ensure compliance with established criteria.
- Participate in contract negotiations with subcontractors and vendors across multiple trades, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all work phases and clear delineation of responsibilities.

- Ensure construction progress aligns with project schedules in accordance with MEP requirements.
- Oversee construction work performed by subcontractors to confirm compliance with the defined scope.
- Procure and oversee the delivery of all necessary materials for projects, ensuring optimal pricing, quality, and compliance with specifications for MEP divisions.
- Review and approve payment requests from subcontractors and vendors.
- Issue work changes to obtain timely pricing from subcontractors.
- Collaborate with design and engineering managers to ensure projects are designed, procured, and constructed within operational guidelines, while meeting technical requirements and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Conduct site visits as necessary to assess progress and quality of work, with potential relocation required during MEP construction phases.
- Work alongside the overall Project Manager to verify the monthly Red File report for MEP.
- Review shop drawings and submittals to ensure compliance with project scope.
- Responsible for implementing and enforcing the company's safety program on-site.
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated experience as an MEP Project Manager in data center architecture, engineering, or construction, with knowledge of mechanical, piping, or electrical trades.
- Proficient in basic computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheet, and email applications, along with expertise in programs for load calculations and cost analysis.
