Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of technical solutions and options in conjunction with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
  • Support the creation of budget proposals, schedules, and bills of material
  • Coordinate with procurement and material staging/preparation teams
  • Issue, submit, and track RFIs and Submittals in Procore
  • Manage action item lists and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Engage with subcontractors to obtain accurate and competitive costs
  • Develop and maintain polished presentations with high-level detail
  • Evaluate, contract, and oversee general contractors or other subcontractors

Requirements:

  • College degree, preferably in Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in project management or a related field
  • Strong Mechanical Engineering aptitude and Design/Build Construction background
  • Demonstrated experience in Project Managing industrial construction and equipment projects
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to read and interpret blueprints, submittals, specifications, details, and job orders
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and rapidly resolve issues
  • Flexibility, agility, and change management skills
  • Knowledge of electric circuits, controllers, and pneumatics is an advantage
