Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise Aquatic Areas: Provide vigilant supervision of guests in aquatic areas and on decks to prevent accidents and ensure a safe environment.
  • Enforce Facility Rules: Enforce rules and regulations of the facility to maintain a safe and orderly environment.
  • Respond to Emergencies: Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations, and assist in communicating during emergencies.
  • Maintain Skills: Maintain skills at a test-ready level to ensure readiness in emergency situations.
  • Advise Management: Advise management of any unsafe conditions or potential hazards to ensure facility safety and cleanliness.
  • Perform Pool Maintenance: Perform daily pool maintenance duties to ensure facility safety and cleanliness.
Requirements
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Certifications: Must maintain LG, CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications throughout employment.
  • Experience: One year of lifeguarding and customer service experience preferred.
