{"About the Role": "We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Community Associate to join our team at IWG. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and creating a welcoming environment for our members.
Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, responding to their needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Manage daily operations, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring that all necessary supplies are available
* Create a welcoming environment for members, including setting up meeting rooms, providing technical support, and offering general assistance
* Collaborate with the Community Manager to plan and execute events and activities that promote member engagement and community building
* Maintain accurate records and reports, including customer interactions, sales data, and other relevant metrics
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Community Manager
Requirements:
* 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and colleagues
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
* Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
