About the Job

LADGOV CORPORATION seeks a skilled Health Program Manager to oversee and review the Composite Army National Guard Safety Development and Assessment Program for the Army National Guard.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Travel to various states for program reviews and conduct off-site assessments.
  • Work closely with state Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene professionals before inspections.
  • Provide written reports to senior military leadership after assessments.
  • Develop and implement special studies and projects to improve Occupational Health services and policies.
Essential Requirements
  • Current registered nurse license.
  • Knowledge of Army policies, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and federal Occupational Health laws.
  • Ability to travel for assessments and inspections.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Capacity to conduct special projects and studies as directed.
  • Annual completion of Department of Defense security training requirements.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
