Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Administrator to join our team. As a Hotel Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

  • Manage the front desk and ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes;
  • Oversee housekeeping and laundry operations;
  • Coordinate food and beverage service, including menu planning and inventory management;
  • Ensure maintenance and repairs are completed promptly and efficiently;
  • Monitor and control expenses to ensure budget targets are met.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in hospitality, business administration or a related field;
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
