Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Administrator to join our team. As a Hotel Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will:
- Manage the front desk and ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes;
- Oversee housekeeping and laundry operations;
- Coordinate food and beverage service, including menu planning and inventory management;
- Ensure maintenance and repairs are completed promptly and efficiently;
- Monitor and control expenses to ensure budget targets are met.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in hospitality, business administration or a related field;
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
