About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at NBCUniversal. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our facilities team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring that our facilities operate efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the facilities team, including coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records
  • Assist with daily operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and completing tasks as assigned
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, book hotels, and make restaurant reservations for colleagues as needed
  • Prepare and distribute meeting materials, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee data, benefits, and performance evaluations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and goals
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Monitor and report on budget expenses, including tracking and analyzing spending trends
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in administrative support or a related field
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Experience with budgeting and financial analysis a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
