Compensation

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at $45,000 per year, based on industry standards and regional costs of living. In addition to the base pay, we provide a generous benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, PTO, six paid holidays, and a 401(k) plan with a significant company match.

Job Description

As a skilled electrician, you will be responsible for various tasks, including pipe bending, wire pulling, running conduit, installing fixtures and outlets. This role requires previous electrical experience, and you must be self-motivated, willing to learn new skills, and able to follow instructions. Additionally, you should demonstrate concern for safety, adhere to company policies, and promote them to others.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18 years old, have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and hand tools. You should also be able to work in inclement weather, stand for long periods, squat, bend, reach overhead, lift heavy objects, and climb ladders. Traveling to out-of-state projects is preferred but not required.
