Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Oversee the management of store operations, including customer service, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a safe and clean store environment.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching and feedback, and develop staff through stretch assignments.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock levels, and ensure accurate stock counts.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer complaints, and maintain a positive store image.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to multitask, and experience with inventory management systems.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
