HR Coordinator Specialist

Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, and experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or a related field. Responsibilities- Prequalify applicants for hire, including rehire approvals and pre-employment screenings
- Enter new hire, rehire, and post-hire data into the HRIS system (UKG)
- Administer the onboarding process for new employees
- Support substance abuse and drug testing programs
- Maintain accurate employment-related data
- Process background checks and monitor related activities
- Utilize HR information systems for recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes
- High School diploma or Associate's Degree; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR department or talent acquisition
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
- Hybrid work arrangement: 3 days in-office/2 days remote
