Responsibilities
  • Prequalify applicants for hire, including rehire approvals and pre-employment screenings
  • Enter new hire, rehire, and post-hire data into the HRIS system (UKG)
  • Administer the onboarding process for new employees
  • Support substance abuse and drug testing programs
  • Maintain accurate employment-related data
  • Process background checks and monitor related activities
  • Utilize HR information systems for recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes
Requirements
  • High School diploma or Associate's Degree; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in an HR department or talent acquisition
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
