About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Director to lead our team at Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of our facilities, ensuring seamless delivery of our services, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Metrics & Financials: Develop and implement effective metrics and financial management systems to track key performance indicators, clinic budgets, and team performance.
  • Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships with families, providing education and guidance throughout the onboarding journey, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Attract, engage, and retain a team of 25-50 professionals who deliver clinical excellence, and conduct performance evaluations, corrective actions, and development plans.
  • Clinical Outcomes: Partner with clinical directors and department leaders to drive operations quality, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet the needs of our clients.
Requirements
  • At least 6 years of people management experience leading a large team of professionals across multiple sites and/or district management.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred or considerable people management experience required.
  • High emotional intelligence, strong communication skills, and a professional demeanor.
  • Able to sit, stand, and walk, and assume a variety of positions, lift or move up to 50 pounds, and maintain near and far visual acuity.
  • Ability to make independent decisions and evaluate consequences, and maintain regular, punctual attendance.
