Job Summary

Centurion Selection is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Superintendent to lead our construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Assistant Superintendents and Project Engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control processes, ensuring that all work meets the required standards and specifications.
  • Safety Management: Develop and implement safety policies and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel and stakeholders.
  • Subcontractor Management: Manage subcontractors, ensuring they meet the required standards and specifications, and that their work is completed on time and within budget.
  • Project Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records, including schedules, budgets, and quality control reports.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems promptly, ensuring that they do not impact the project's progress or quality.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek ways to improve processes, procedures, and systems, ensuring that they are efficient, effective, and aligned with company goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results. Proficient in project management software, including MS Project, Primavera, and Autodesk.
  • Certifications: Possess relevant certifications, such as OSHA, LEED AP, or PE.
