We are seeking an experienced Project Executive to oversee the planning, management, and execution of construction projects in the Commercial Construction industry. As a Project Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring that our team completes projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules.
- Supervise project teams, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure that all project activities comply with safety regulations and environmental policies.
- Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications.
- Provide regular project status updates to senior management and clients.
- Manage project risks and issues, and take corrective action as required.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Manage project contracts, change orders, and claims.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that project requirements are met.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Commercial Construction.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects as a Senior Project Manager or Project Executive.
- Experience in preconstruction, including estimating, scheduling, and value engineering.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
