We are seeking an experienced Project Executive to oversee the planning, management, and execution of construction projects in the Commercial Construction industry. As a Project Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring that our team completes projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules.
  • Supervise project teams, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure that all project activities comply with safety regulations and environmental policies.
  • Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications.
  • Provide regular project status updates to senior management and clients.
  • Manage project risks and issues, and take corrective action as required.
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Manage project contracts, change orders, and claims.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that project requirements are met.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Commercial Construction.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects as a Senior Project Manager or Project Executive.
  • Experience in preconstruction, including estimating, scheduling, and value engineering.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
