Position Overview: This role involves delivering exceptional in-flight service to passengers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide consistent and high-quality service throughout the flight.
  • Work autonomously while also collaborating effectively with team members.
  • Adhere to established protocols and performance benchmarks.
  • Ensure compliance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of meals and beverages.
  • Facilitate onboard sales of beverages, snacks, headsets, and duty-free products.
  • Assist passengers with their carry-on luggage.
  • Prioritize the safety and comfort of all passengers.
  • Demonstrate leadership in managing both emergency and non-emergency situations, including aircraft evacuations and handling severe weather conditions.
  • Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid when necessary.
  • Maintain decorum while addressing any unruly or dissatisfied passengers.
  • Be available to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with the flexibility to travel to all destinations served.
  • Comply with the company's attendance policy.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; further education is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills are necessary.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • A minimum of two years of customer service experience is required.
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional language proficiency in Hebrew and other languages is preferred.
  • Must possess a valid passport and be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and FAA-required screening.
  • Must be able to retain and comprehend job-related information.
  • Willingness to undergo rigorous training and work on reserve status.
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from the airport.
