We are seeking a skilled Document Scanning Specialist to join our team at Iron Mountain Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in helping us preserve and protect our customers' valuable assets.
Key Responsibilities- Sort, prepare, and scan hard copy records with precision and accuracy
- Follow established production procedures and maintain accurate documentation and tracking
- Index key data into multiple software applications to ensure seamless data management
- Print document control sheets for all records to maintain a high level of organization
- Work in a fast-paced production environment, adhering to Imaging Center guidelines to maintain a clean and efficient workspace
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English
- Familiarity with PC and other computer-related products
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and tolerate change and long durations of project assignments
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs and work at a sustained pace to meet production rates while producing quality work
- Must be willing and able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
- Competitive hourly rate starting at $17.20/hr, with opportunities for advancement
- Eligible for SCA Pay of up to an additional $4.57/hr (if benefits are declined)

- Monday-Friday full weekday schedule with opportunities for overtime
