**Responsibilities**

* Greet patients and families with a warm and welcoming demeanor
* Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Manage patient intake and data entry with accuracy and efficiency
* Verify insurance coverage and obtain pre-authorizations as needed
* Schedule patient appointments and coordinate with therapists and therapy assistants
* Maintain the front office of our outpatient centers, ensuring a clean and organized environment
* Perform daily cash balancing and weekly banking deposits

**Requirements**

* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
* Knowledge of insurance verification and medical office administration
