Key ResponsibilitiesAs a technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional maintenance services to some of the largest restaurant and retail chains nationwide. Your expertise will be crucial in:
- Executing remodeling projects and performing maintenance tasks at various locations.
- Conducting tile replacements, FRP installations, and cabinet replacements.
- Carrying out electrical work and installing commercial appliances, including pastry cases and refrigerators.
- Ensuring proper door sealing and weather stripping.
- Performing general plumbing tasks such as faucet replacements and commercial toilet repairs.
- Handling drywall repairs and installing T-bar and ceiling tiles.
- Painting and other related duties as required.
We are currently seeking to fill multiple positions across both day and night shifts. Flexibility in hours is essential, as start times are determined by client needs.
QualificationsWe are looking for multiple skilled technicians with commercial experience, particularly in:
- Restaurant maintenance
- Office tenant improvements
- Retail store upkeep
