We are seeking a skilled Route Service Technician to join our team at Auto-Chlor System in Elk Grove Village, Illinois.

As a Route Service Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the optimal performance of commercial dishwasher machines. Your responsibilities will include restocking customer products, performing preventive maintenance, collecting payment, and promoting our cleaning and disinfecting products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Restock customer products and perform preventive maintenance on commercial dishwasher machines.
  • Collect payment and process transactions accurately.
  • Upsell our cleaning and disinfecting products to customers.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of your assigned route.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform preventive maintenance on commercial dishwasher machines.
  • Light sales experience and ability to promote our products to customers.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to participate in an on-call rotation every 12-14 weeks.
