Staffing Recruiter/Talent Manager

As a seasoned Staffing Recruiter/Talent Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the hiring needs for various industry and functional practice areas. You will develop strong relationships with clients and leadership, leveraging your expertise to bring top talent into the organization. This role is ideal for a professional with high accountability and a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a designated number of experienced hiring targets for roles within specific practice areas.
  • Contribute to and lead the execution of recruiting strategies to manage and grow client accounts.
  • Oversee the end-to-end candidate journey and experience: sourcing, screening and selection, offer, conversion and hire.
  • Run a full desk with account management capability to expand existing client business with targeted recruitment strategies and aligned placements.
  • Participate in weekly calls with clients and business partners to align priorities and understand future needs.
  • Manage the client relationship and serve as the main point of contact for recruiting and placement.
  • Engage with clients as a trusted partner who understands their talent requirements by building a deep understanding of their business, role requirements and desired candidate profiles.
  • Meet and engage with clients regularly to expand accounts.
  • Analytically leverage existing, dormant and new relationships to identify movement of talent in the market.
  • Identify recruiting and staffing opportunities for continuous growth and improvement.
  • Conduct reference checks and coordinate background screenings.
  • Conduct employee orientation sessions to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Support other practice areas or businesses as needs fluctuate.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Recruiting experience conducting full-cycle recruitment activities, preferably in professional services environment.
  • Previous experience in sales or client-facing role.
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of all full cycle recruiting components including, but not limited to sourcing, qualifying, and assessing candidates to meet complex role requirements.
  • Client-focused and service-oriented ability to work across all levels of the firm and successfully managing changing priorities.
  • Experience building strong, trusted relationships with business leaders through a dedicated focus on service to the business and delivery of candidates.
  • Experience managing competing demands and deadlines through strong project management and prioritization skills.
  • Advanced skills in web search/sourcing, networking and direct sourcing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and comprehensive analytical skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or additional years of related experience.
  • Experience with human resources and management consulting.
  • Full-service desk to include account management, client relations and sales.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills; able to adapt both for audience.
  • Strong business acumen, intellectual curiosity, judgment, and communication/advisory skills.
  • Strategic and forward thinking, with solid influencing skills.
  • Proactive, quality-driven and an ownership mentality.
  • Agile and effective in a fast-paced role and culture.
  • Accountability and proactive in nature.
