Job Overview

FYI For Your Information Inc is seeking a highly skilled Staffing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive staffing, recruitment, and placement services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop job descriptions
  • Source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and make recommendations for hire
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from posting job openings to onboarding new employees
  • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in recruitment, with a strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
