Home Health Care Nurse Opportunity

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our float nursing pool in the Philadelphia region and surrounding areas.

This position offers the flexibility to work 10-12 shifts per month, providing 1:1 care to patients in their homes. As a Regional Float Nurse with Jefferson Health at Home by BAYADA, you will:

  • Perform 5-6 visits per day, focusing on individualized care for each patient.
  • Deliver skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care in accordance with patient care plans.
  • Travel throughout the region based on census, providing care with compassion, excellence, and reliability.
  • Commit to 10-12 shifts per month, ensuring consistent and high-quality care for our patients.
