Job Title: Physical Therapist - Home Health Care

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Langhorne, Pennsylvania. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to adult and geriatric clients in their homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to assess client mobility and strength.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to improve client function and independence.
  • Provide education and instruction to clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities.
  • Accurately document client care management and services provided.
Qualifications:
  • Current PA Physical Therapist license.
  • Minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
  • Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
