Key Responsibilities:
The Test Center Manager will play a crucial role in managing the daily operations of the test center, including:
- Overseeing the recruitment and training of Test Administrators.
- Conducting performance evaluations and providing coaching to staff.
- Ensuring compliance with testing protocols and maintaining a secure testing environment.
- Addressing operational challenges and facilitating effective communication with technical support.
- Maintaining cleanliness and professionalism within the testing facility.
Schedule Requirements:
- Flexibility to work approximately 35 hours per week, with potential for additional hours as needed.
- Availability for various shifts between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
- Ability to work 2-3 Saturdays per month from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience is preferred.
- Supervisory experience in a customer service environment is advantageous.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree or relevant business experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer operations is necessary.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
