We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse 2 to join our team at Penn Medicine in Radnor, PA.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that involves providing patient care through the application of the nursing process and accepting accountability for the nursing care of assigned patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of professional practice competencies and be able to work collaboratively with the interprofessional healthcare team to facilitate the coordination of care across the continuum.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care through effective communication, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans based on physical, psychosocial, cultural, educational, safety, and age-appropriate considerations.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure safe and effective patient care.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current RN licensure in Pennsylvania.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • At least 15 months of relevant professional nursing experience.

Salary Information

The salary range for this position is $68,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
