Job Summary: Neogen Care is seeking a skilled Home Health Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in the patient's home under the supervision of a physician. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year RN experience in an institutional setting, such as acute care, rehab, hospital, or home health.

Responsibilities include following start of care plans, providing treatment, discharges, wound care, medication administration, and working collaboratively with a clinical team to achieve positive patient care outcomes.

The selected candidate will have excellent communication skills, ability to chart with Electronic Medical Record Software, and experience in wound care, patient teaching, medication management, lab draws, and IV infusion.

We offer a competitive salary of $ 95,000, plus performance incentives, paid time off, medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, and 401k benefits.
