Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant Lead to join our team. As a Medical Assistant Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical offices. Your responsibilities will include creating and managing schedules, coordinating patient flow, and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage schedules for medical assistants, ensuring seamless coordination with physicians
  • Coordinate patient flow, ensuring timely and efficient care
  • Provide exceptional patient care, including greeting patients, taking vitals, and entering data into electronic medical records
  • Assist physicians with procedures, ensuring proper disinfecting techniques and maintaining a clean and organized work environment
  • Support care coordinators and lab representatives as needed
  • Meet with lab representatives to implement new study techniques and improve lab efficiency
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of experience as a medical assistant
  • Certified Medical Assistant (AAMA) preferred
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to lead by example
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
