Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant Lead to join our team. As a Medical Assistant Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical offices. Your responsibilities will include creating and managing schedules, coordinating patient flow, and providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Create and manage schedules for medical assistants, ensuring seamless coordination with physicians
- Coordinate patient flow, ensuring timely and efficient care
- Provide exceptional patient care, including greeting patients, taking vitals, and entering data into electronic medical records
- Assist physicians with procedures, ensuring proper disinfecting techniques and maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Support care coordinators and lab representatives as needed
- Meet with lab representatives to implement new study techniques and improve lab efficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of experience as a medical assistant
- Certified Medical Assistant (AAMA) preferred
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to lead by example
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills
