- Offer frequent status updates to customers while support tickets are prioritized and completed.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the IT support process.
- Reset customer passwords, assist with printing issues, and provide general information as required.
- Utilize knowledge of O365, Office 20xx, Windows Desktop Operating Systems, and basic computer hardware.
- Perform light scripting and programming tasks, as well as systems administration duties as assigned.
- Maintain a professional behavior and effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
- 5+ years of experience in a related field.
- Security+ certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire date.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a classified environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Active Top Secret security clearance, with unescorted entry and work within classified SAP and SCI facilities.
- Desired: 12 months or more of experience in a SAP environment within the last 5 years.
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this position, due to contract requirements.
- Up to 10% travel to CONUS area.
