Job Overview

POSITION SUMMARY:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of expertise in creating AutoCAD existing conditions and survey drawings utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D 2016. A solid comprehension of Civil 3D is essential. Familiarity with Microstation and InRoads is advantageous. The candidate should exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with field teams and engineering design personnel.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Produce 2D and 3D AutoCAD Civil 3D 2016 existing conditions and survey plans.
  • Collaborate with management and field teams to generate comprehensive plans.
  • Oversee drawing sets management.
  • Support the creation of as-built drawings through field measurements.
  • Engage in updates and corrections to existing drawings.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D 2016.
  • Familiarity with Microstation and InRoads is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High School diploma or equivalent.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES REQUIRED: N/A

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

While executing the responsibilities of this position, the employee may occasionally work in outdoor settings and could be exposed to varying weather conditions. The role necessitates frequent and extended computer usage, with occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
