Key Responsibilities- Perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of properties.
- Diagnose and remediate moisture infiltration issues, including gutter overflows and grading problems.
- Install and finish interior and exterior components, including drywall, trim work, and cabinets.
- Facilitate building repairs with subcontractors and ensure timely completion of work orders.
- Conduct inspections to ensure properties are prepared for inspections and report any maintenance issues to property managers.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of residential wiring, plumbing, and masonry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products and handheld technical devices.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, insurance, and good attendance record required.
