Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team at Integrative Staffing Group Job Board. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and repair of various properties throughout Allegheny County.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of properties.
  • Diagnose and remediate moisture infiltration issues, including gutter overflows and grading problems.
  • Install and finish interior and exterior components, including drywall, trim work, and cabinets.
  • Facilitate building repairs with subcontractors and ensure timely completion of work orders.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure properties are prepared for inspections and report any maintenance issues to property managers.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of residential wiring, plumbing, and masonry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and handheld technical devices.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, insurance, and good attendance record required.
