About the Role:

Cresa Global, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Transaction Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end real estate transaction activities for complex or high-profile portfolios of properties on behalf of our corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct real estate transactions from beginning to end, including complex site selection, financial analysis, contract negotiations, zoning and entitlements, and site development.
  • Incorporate clients' business drivers, market intelligence, and challenges to manage complex transactions and demonstrate value.
  • Develop a wide range of considerations and relevant documents, including project initiation forms, market comparable reports, broker opinions of value, requests for proposals, location comparison packages, letters of intent, and broker's opinions of value.
  • Analyze and interpret complex financial assessments, including NPV, cash flow projections, and IRR, to advise clients accordingly.
  • Prepare, recommend, and implement a portfolio-wide transaction strategy for acquiring and disposing of real estate properties.
  • Effectively interact with senior stakeholders in the clients' organization, including finance, IT, procurement, HR, construction, legal, tax, and other departments.

Requirements:

  • Current Illinois Real Estate Broker License Required
  • Associate/Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience
  • 7-10 years of experience in real-estate transactions required
