Transaction Advisory Manager

The RoleAs a Manager in our Transaction Advisory team, you'll play a key role in conducting financial due diligence, analyzing target companies' financial statements, and identifying financial risks associated with potential transactions. You'll communicate with target management teams and client personnel, prepare due diligence reports, and supervise, train, and mentor Seniors, Associates, and Interns.
RequirementsWe're looking for a highly skilled professional with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A Certified Public Accountant credential is required, along with at least 6 years of relevant work experience with a Big Four or national accounting firm. You'll need excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, knowledge of M&A markets, and proficiency in MS Excel, Power Point, Power BI, or other analytics software.
