Position Overview

This role entails identifying and acquiring new clientele, facilitating the sale of insurance products, and enhancing client portfolios through additional offerings. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, hold the necessary insurance certifications, and have a minimum of three years of relevant experience in the insurance sector. This position demands a proactive individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a solid understanding of basic software applications. Occasional travel may be necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage potential clients
  • Provide quotes and finalize new insurance policies
  • Introduce supplementary products and services to existing clients
  • Collaborate with Relationship Executives to devise marketing initiatives
  • Offer expert advice and ensure that client requirements are fulfilled
  • Foster positive relationships between clients and the organization
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications
Mandatory:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Valid insurance licenses
  • Minimum of three years in the insurance industry
  • Self-driven with exceptional communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to travel, including overnight trips
Desirable:
  • Advanced academic qualifications
  • Expertise in Office Suite applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Requests for Proposal
  • Relevant professional certifications
