  • Perform regular system checks on CCTV, POS, System Monitor, Servers, and UPS devices
  • Maintain hardware maintenance on Traka, POS, and door locks
  • Replace hinges, buttons, and keys on Traka equipment
  • Conduct bimonthly preventive maintenance on POS devices
  • Generate offline door report from Visionline on a daily basis
  • Provide support on rebuilding and reprogramming door locks
  • Provide network infrastructure support, including installing LAN drops, performing cable management, and installing and maintaining CCTV cameras and Digital Signage
  • Provide Office move support, including disconnecting and reconnecting computers, confirming operability and network connectivity, and mapping networked printers
