Newton Health Care Center is in search of a Nursing Leadership Coordinator, specifically a Registered Nurse (RN), to join our dedicated team within our skilled nursing facility.

This is a Full-Time Role

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee patient care operations by organizing and delegating nursing tasks and personnel; monitor outcomes of assigned duties.
2. Foster a supportive work atmosphere by assisting patients and their families in navigating care processes.
3. Act as a liaison for patients and the healthcare team by addressing inquiries and fulfilling requests.
4. Ensure timely communication of significant changes in residents' health status to the attending physician and family or designated representatives.

Required Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of one year of experience in a leadership role within a long-term care environment (ADON or DON).
- Comprehensive understanding of state and federal healthcare regulations.
- Experience working with the geriatric demographic is preferred.
