Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to high-risk obstetric patients in a fast-paced labor and delivery environment.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient unit operations.
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines, policies, and procedures to provide evidence-based care.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Oregon.
  • 2 years of recent experience in a high-risk labor and delivery unit.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • NRP certification.
  • 2 supervisory references within the last year.
  • Ability to work night shifts and flexible schedules.
Preferred Qualifications
  • AWHONN Intermediate and Advanced certifications.
  • Experience with high-risk preeclampsia and insulin drips.
