**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Process Customer Orders
- Communicate product information and performance to customers, answering their basic questions.
- Troubleshoot basic product issues for customers.
- Assist customers with shipping issues.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding various topics.
- Document all interactions in our software system.
- Handle special projects assigned by management.
**Requirements**
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills (both verbal and written).
- Bilingual in Spanish is a strong plus.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and ability to learn other software systems.
- Strong independent work ethic and ability to multitask.
