Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a global research operations strategy to drive operational efficiencies, cost savings, and the integration of cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.
  • Lead a team of research operations professionals to deliver high-quality research and insights operations, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in research operations and implement new technologies and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in research operations management within a global corporate environment, ideally within a global insights, research or analytics function.
  • Demonstrated experience working with the Qualtrics CX platform or similar technologies and processes in the space of CX and insight.
  • Experience with research and insights platform technologies, including Qualtrics, Forsta, Medallia, and other similar platforms.
